1. 15 August 2026 (Extended) — Full Paper Submission Deadline
2. Tentative (Depends on Publisher) — Notification of Paper Acceptance
3. 18 August 2026 — Early Bird Registration Deadline
4. 21 August 2026 — Camera-Ready Submission Deadline
5. 21 August 2026 — Final Registration and Payment Deadline
6. 16–17 September 2026 — Conference Day

We would also like to kindly remind all participants to complete the registration payment before the applicable deadline, especially for those who wish to obtain the Early Bird registration rate.

Please ensure that:

1. Your full paper has been submitted through the conference system (EasyChair).
2. The registration fee payment has been completed.
3. The proof of payment has been uploaded or sent to the organizing committee as required.

Timely payment is necessary to confirm your participation and to proceed with the paper review, publication, and conference scheduling process.

Thank you for your interest and participation in our conference. Due to the extension of the abstract submission deadline until 15 June 2026, the committee is currently conducting the review process for all submitted abstracts.

Starting today, Letters of Acceptance (LoA) will be issued and distributed to authors on a rolling basis until 30 June 2026.

We kindly ask for your patience while we complete the review process and ensure that all submissions receive proper evaluation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
